Here’s what we’re looking for in a successful candidate:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current SLP or CFY eligibility
- License to practice (or eligibility) in Illinois
- Experience or interest in early childhood populations preferred
- Energetic, positive approach to teamwork and collaboration
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Commitment to professional growth and best practice service delivery
As part of your day-to-day, you will:
- Provide direct speech-language services to early childhood students
- Develop and implement IEP goals in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Conduct assessments and maintain thorough records
- Engage with families, teachers, and support staff to foster student progress
- Join in monthly team meetings, roundtables, and regular 1:1 check-ins with leadership
- Participate in performance reviews and process improvement initiatives
- Contribute to a supportive environment where best practices are shared and celebrated
