Step into a rewarding contract opportunity providing early childhood speech-language pathology services in a dynamic educational setting near Elgin, IL. This role is ideal for an SLP or CFY seeking to make a meaningful impact in a school-based environment, working 37.5 hours per week, starting as soon as possible and continuing through June 7, 2027.

Here’s what we’re looking for in a successful candidate:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current SLP or CFY eligibility
  • License to practice (or eligibility) in Illinois
  • Experience or interest in early childhood populations preferred
  • Energetic, positive approach to teamwork and collaboration
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Commitment to professional growth and best practice service delivery

As part of your day-to-day, you will:

  • Provide direct speech-language services to early childhood students
  • Develop and implement IEP goals in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
  • Conduct assessments and maintain thorough records
  • Engage with families, teachers, and support staff to foster student progress
  • Join in monthly team meetings, roundtables, and regular 1:1 check-ins with leadership
  • Participate in performance reviews and process improvement initiatives
  • Contribute to a supportive environment where best practices are shared and celebrated
