An exciting opportunity is available for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) holding a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or in the Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY), for the 2025-26 school year. This contract position offers a full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week at an elementary school located approximately 30 minutes northeast of Columbia, SC.

The ideal candidate will have experience in pediatric speech-language services within school settings, demonstrating a strong background in assessment, intervention, and collaboration with educational teams. This role is perfectly suited for SLP professionals passionate about supporting children's communication development and educational achievement.

Key Qualifications:

  • Valid SLP Certification with CCC or current CFY status
  • Experience working with pediatric populations in school or healthcare settings
  • Ability to provide individualized therapy and conduct comprehensive evaluations
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals
  • Commitment to supporting the developmental needs of elementary-aged children

Responsibilities include:

  • Delivering speech and language therapy services aligned with students' Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Conducting assessments and documenting progress regularly
  • Collaborating with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary staff to facilitate student success
  • Maintaining compliance with school district policies and professional standards

  • Elementary school in Elgin, SC, approximately 30 minutes northeast of Columbia
