Key Skills & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellow (CFY) applicants also considered
- Experience in school-based and/or pediatric settings
- Teletherapy capabilities for hybrid or remote service delivery a plus
- Familiarity with articulation and fluency disorders
- Exposure to Autism Spectrum support and mild behavioral differences
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Role Highlights:
- Manage a caseload of roughly 12 students receiving speech-only services, with 1-2 students requiring evaluations (total caseload likely up to 15)
- Deliver targeted therapy (articulation, fluency) for K-8 students in a supportive school setting
- Minimal behavioral challenges; primary focus is on communication improvement
- Flexible commitment: 1-2 days per week, allowing for an adaptable schedule to suit your needs
- No Medicaid billing required, streamlining your clinical responsibilities
- Collaborate with school staff and families to create individualized intervention plans and monitor student progress
