Step into a rewarding school-based contract role where your skills as an SLP can make a meaningful difference for children and families. Two openings are available for dedicated professionals passionate about pediatric speech-language pathology within educational settings. This full-time position runs from August 4, 2026, through May 27, 2027, with hours from either 7:30 am – 4:00 pm or 8:00 am – 4:30 pm, allowing for a steady, consistent workday.

Provide expert assessment and therapy to a caseload of approximately 65-70 students, collaborating with a committed team of educators and multidisciplinary professionals. Enjoy the flexibility of a hybrid schedule: with all therapy and testing requirements current, you may work two days virtually and two days onsite each week—supporting a healthy balance between professional and personal time.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is required.
  • Credentialed or eligible Speech-Language Pathologists (CCC-SLP, CFY, or those with equivalent school/healthcare experience).
  • Experience or strong interest in pediatrics, particularly within school settings.
  • Skilled in delivering both in-person and virtual speech-language therapy.
  • Capable of managing a moderate caseload with a variety of needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, and communication disorders.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to develop and implement student IEPs.
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation of therapy sessions, progress, and evaluations.
  • Participate actively in student support team meetings.
  • Deliver services in both English and Spanish, ensuring inclusive access for all students.
