What we’re looking for:
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology
- Active licensure in North Carolina for SLP
- Openness to both CFYs and experienced SLP-CCCs
- Solid organizational skills to manage a caseload of 50-60 students
- Enthusiasm for working with school-age children and collaborating with other professionals
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting evaluations and assessments for speech, language, and communication disorders
- Developing and implementing IEPs and therapy plans tailored to each student’s unique needs
- Providing direct therapy services to students, both individually and in groups
- Maintaining accurate records and participating in IEP meetings and parent conferences
- Consulting with teachers and families to support students’ progress and generalization of skills
