Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Elizabeth City, NC

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology is required
• Active North Carolina SLP license
• Open to new graduates (CFY) and experienced clinicians (CCC)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Commitment to evidence-based, student-centered care

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech-language therapy to a caseload of approximately 50-60 students
• Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to maximize student progress
• Document therapy sessions and participate in IEP meetings as needed
• Maintain compliance with state and district standards
