Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology is required
- Active North Carolina SLP license
- Open to new graduates (CFY) and experienced clinicians (CCC)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Commitment to evidence-based, student-centered care
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy to a caseload of approximately 50-60 students
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to maximize student progress
- Document therapy sessions and participate in IEP meetings as needed
- Maintain compliance with state and district standards
