Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current or eligible SLP license for New Jersey
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- SLP Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) applicants welcome
- Experience in pediatrics, especially in early childhood or Pre-K environments
- Previous school-based or healthcare SLP experience highly valued
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct SLP evaluation and therapy services to Pre-K students
- Develop, implement, and track individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
- Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all services and communication
- Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings and contribute to student support strategies
- Adapt therapy sessions to meet the diverse needs of students in-person
