Pediatric School Speech Therapist - Elizabeth, New Jersey

Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current or eligible SLP license for New Jersey
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
• SLP Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) applicants welcome
• Experience in pediatrics, especially in early childhood or Pre-K environments
• Previous school-based or healthcare SLP experience highly valued
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct SLP evaluation and therapy services to Pre-K students
• Develop, implement, and track individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
• Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of all services and communication
• Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings and contribute to student support strategies
• Adapt therapy sessions to meet the diverse needs of students in-person
