Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students from elementary through high school as a Speech-Language Pathologist for a leave replacement position this September–October. This full-time role offers the chance to make a real difference across diverse student populations, from those with stand-alone speech needs to individuals receiving special education services.

You’ll work with dedicated teams in dynamic school environments, collaborating with educators and families to address communication challenges and help students achieve their goals.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Active SLP-CCC certification required
  • Previous experience in school-based or pediatric SLP roles strongly preferred
  • Proficiency with individualized education planning and documentation
  • Ability to manage a varied caseload, including speech-only and special education students
  • Skilled in collaborating with other school professionals and caregivers

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct therapy services to elementary (approximately 1.5 days/week), middle, and high school students
  • Serve a core middle school caseload, including students in self-contained LLD (Language Learning Disabilities) and AU (Autism) classrooms
  • Develop and implement treatment plans aligned with IEP goals
  • Utilize evidence-based practices to address a range of speech and language impairments
  • Track student progress, prepare reports, and participate in IEP meetings as needed
  • Work typical school hours: elementary (8:45am–3pm), middle (8:30am–2:50pm), and high school (8:05am–3pm) across a five-day workweek
