Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist license (CCC) required
- Prior experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred
- Familiarity with IEP processes and compliance
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Ability to work with elementary-level students with diverse needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for speech, language, and communication disorders
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
- Develop individualized goals and monitor student progress, maintaining thorough and timely documentation
- Support classroom integration and offer strategies for enhancing communication across learning environments
- Communicate student needs, progress, and intervention plans with clarity and professionalism
