Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active Speech-Language Pathologist license (CCC) required
• Prior experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred
• Familiarity with IEP processes and compliance
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
• Ability to work with elementary-level students with diverse needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for speech, language, and communication disorders
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
• Develop individualized goals and monitor student progress, maintaining thorough and timely documentation
• Support classroom integration and offer strategies for enhancing communication across learning environments
• Communicate student needs, progress, and intervention plans with clarity and professionalism
