Key Qualifications:

• Hold a valid NJ Speech-Language Pathology license
• Possess New Jersey Department of Education (DOE) certification
• Experienced with SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or similar school-based SLP roles
• Familiarity with IEP processes, assessments, and progress monitoring
• Excellent communication skills with students, families, and school teams
• Organized, flexible, and able to adapt in a dynamic school environment

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver assessment, diagnosis, and treatment services to students with speech, language, and communication disorders
• Create and manage individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student
• Collaborate with teachers and support staff to ensure best practices in the classroom
• Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with district and state guidelines
• Engage with families and caregivers, providing updates and recommendations
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to student success
