This contract opportunity near Elizabethtown, PA is searching for multiple Speech-Language Pathologists to work full time—or part time—to meet a variety of student needs for the upcoming school year. With several caseloads available, you can collaborate with a supportive, multidisciplinary team to maximize student progress and professional development. Both experienced therapists and Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or higher
  • Active Pennsylvania SLP license (or eligibility to obtain prior to start date)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) welcomed; consideration also given to Clinical Fellows (CFYs)
  • Experience or strong interest in working with pediatric and school-aged populations
  • Familiarity with a range of service delivery models, including teletherapy
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with a flexible approach to different caseload sizes

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students from diverse backgrounds
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in accordance with district guidelines
  • Consult and collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop intervention strategies
  • Document progress and maintain up-to-date case notes, reports, and compliance paperwork
  • Participate in IEP meetings, team consultations, and ongoing professional development
  • Flexibility to support varied caseloads and adapt to student and district needs
