Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid state licensure and, if applicable, active ASHA CCC credentials
  • Strong understanding of school-based SLP practices, IEP processes, and pediatric speech/language disorders
  • Comfort with teletherapy platforms as well as in-person service delivery
  • Candidates completing CFY are encouraged to apply—supervision available
  • Experience or interest working with K-12 students

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student
  • Deliver therapy in-person and/or through teletherapy platforms
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to maximize student progress
  • Maintain accurate documentation and report on student outcomes
  • Adapt caseload management style to suit assignment and student needs
