With several caseloads available, you can collaborate with a supportive, multidisciplinary team to maximize student progress and professional development. Both experienced therapists and Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or higher
- Active Pennsylvania SLP license (or eligibility to obtain prior to start date)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) welcomed; consideration also given to Clinical Fellows (CFYs)
- Experience or strong interest in working with pediatric and school-aged populations
- Familiarity with a range of service delivery models, including teletherapy
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with a flexible approach to different caseload sizes
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students from diverse backgrounds
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in accordance with district guidelines
- Consult and collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop intervention strategies
- Document progress and maintain up-to-date case notes, reports, and compliance paperwork
- Participate in IEP meetings, team consultations, and ongoing professional development
- Flexibility to support varied caseloads and adapt to student and district needs
