Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Elizabethtown, PA

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current or eligible licensure as an SLP
• CCC-SLP credential preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFYs) are strongly encouraged to apply
• Previous experience in pediatric, educational, or healthcare settings is a plus
• Comfortable with teletherapy platforms and in-person services
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities

• Provide diagnostic and therapeutic services to K-12 students
• Develop and oversee individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with families and staff
• Implement evidence-based therapy sessions tailored to students’ needs, both on-site and via teletherapy
• Maintain up-to-date documentation and progress reports as required by school guidelines
• Consult with teachers, parents, and related service providers to promote student success
• Participate in school-based meetings and professional development as needed
