Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state licensure and, if applicable, active ASHA CCC credentials
- Strong understanding of school-based SLP practices, IEP processes, and pediatric speech/language disorders
- Comfort with teletherapy platforms as well as in-person service delivery
- Candidates completing CFY are encouraged to apply—supervision available
- Experience or interest working with K-12 students
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student
- Deliver therapy in-person and/or through teletherapy platforms
- Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to maximize student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and report on student outcomes
- Adapt caseload management style to suit assignment and student needs
