Key Qualifications:

  • Valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) in progress
  • Experience or interest in pediatric and school-based settings
  • Proficiency with teletherapy platforms and virtual service delivery
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Passion for working with children in an elementary caseload

Core Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech and language services to elementary students, addressing a variety of communication disorders
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
  • Conduct evaluations, write progress reports, and maintain accurate student records
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
  • Utilize evidence-based therapy techniques in both individual and group settings
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student goal planning
  • Adapt therapy approaches to meet diverse student needs, ensuring accessibility for in-person and remote learners
