Key Qualifications:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) in progress
- Experience or interest in pediatric and school-based settings
- Proficiency with teletherapy platforms and virtual service delivery
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Passion for working with children in an elementary caseload
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language services to elementary students, addressing a variety of communication disorders
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Conduct evaluations, write progress reports, and maintain accurate student records
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Utilize evidence-based therapy techniques in both individual and group settings
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student goal planning
- Adapt therapy approaches to meet diverse student needs, ensuring accessibility for in-person and remote learners
