Qualifications/Desired Experience

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current SLP-CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) required
• Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Prior experience working with K-12 students (strongly preferred)
• Excellent communication, organizational, and collaborative skills
• Comfortable providing both direct and consultative services
• Ability to adapt interventions to meet a wide range of needs

Key Responsibilities

• Provide evaluations and develop customized IEP goals
• Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy services
• Maintain detailed records and collaborate in multidisciplinary meetings
• Supervise and guide SLPAs, providing mentorship and support
• Communicate progress clearly with families, staff, and administration
