Qualifications/Desired Experience
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current SLP-CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) required
- Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Prior experience working with K-12 students (strongly preferred)
- Excellent communication, organizational, and collaborative skills
- Comfortable providing both direct and consultative services
- Ability to adapt interventions to meet a wide range of needs
Key Responsibilities
- Provide evaluations and develop customized IEP goals
- Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy services
- Maintain detailed records and collaborate in multidisciplinary meetings
- Supervise and guide SLPAs, providing mentorship and support
- Communicate progress clearly with families, staff, and administration
- Contribute to a positive, student-centered learning environment
