Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations for students presenting with speech and language disorders
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each student's unique needs
• Lead engaging, effective therapy sessions to support progress toward communication goals
• Track and document student progress with accuracy and thoroughness
• Collaborate actively with a dynamic multidisciplinary team, ensuring seamless coordination of care
• Foster relationships with families and caregivers, providing education and support throughout the therapy process

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Current state licensure, or eligibility to obtain state licensure
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) highly preferred
• Experience in school settings and/or working with pediatric populations is desirable
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• Demonstrated capacity to manage caseloads both independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Must meet all qualifications as required by the State Board of Speech Language Pathology, including possessing a master’s degree or higher in the field
