Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Elk Grove, CA

Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students across multiple sites with your expertise in Speech-Language Pathology. This full-time role offers a dynamic schedule with diverse populations, allowing you to make a real difference from now through the end of the school year.

As part of this position, you'll provide comprehensive SLP services at several locations: two days each week at an elementary school in Rancho Cordova, one day serving students at an alternative high school and a transitional 18-22 community program, and one day each at two elementary schools in Folsom. The varied settings give you the chance to work with students of different ages and needs, ensuring each day brings new opportunities to use your clinical skills and creativity.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Valid licensure to practice as an SLP in California
• Previous experience in K–12 settings preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Familiarity with educational IEP processes and documentation requirements

Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations, deliver direct SLP services, and develop individualized treatment plans for students
• Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to support student communication needs
• Attend and participate in IEP meetings, providing expert input into student goals and progress
• Collect data and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and legal standards
• Travel to assigned school sites as scheduled each week
