Step into an impactful Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity and help support students’ communication and learning! We’re seeking a dedicated professional to provide full-time SLP services for the remainder of the school year. In this rewarding contract role, you’ll primarily engage with students in-person, with the possibility of supporting a limited number of virtual cases.
Your work will directly influence the educational experience of students who need your expertise most. You’ll collaborate closely with educators, families, and other professionals, making meaningful progress as you help students build their communication skills for success in and outside the classroom.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Active SLP license required (California credential preferred)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Experience in an educational or pediatric setting preferred
- Ability to develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfort with both in-person and virtual service delivery methods
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and maintain individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and interdisciplinary teams
- Track progress, maintain documentation, and adjust interventions as needed
- Participate in meetings and provide resources to support student success
- Deliver services in-person on-site with potential for limited virtual caseload
