What We’re Looking For:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Current state licensure or eligibility to obtain it
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Background with pediatric and/or school-aged populations highly desired
- Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with team members
- Demonstrated commitment to professional and ethical standards
- Active license approved by the State Board of Speech Language Pathology in the respective state
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of students presenting with speech and language concerns
- Develop and implement evidence-based, individualized treatment plans
- Lead engaging therapy sessions to address communication goals
- Monitor, document, and report student progress with attention to compliance and accuracy
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrative care
- Guide families to support therapeutic strategies beyond the classroom
- Maintain timely records and communication with relevant stakeholders
