Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Active state licensure as an SLP
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; CFYs are encouraged to apply
- Previous experience working with K-12 students is highly valued
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and hearing screenings and comprehensive evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Provide direct speech-language therapy to students ranging from kindergarten to high school
- Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and services provided
- Participate in team meetings to support students’ academic and social success
- Consult with teachers, parents, and other professionals to maximize student outcomes
