Qualifications and Preferred Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current and valid SLP license (or eligibility) for the state of California
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, though strong CFs will be considered
- Experience or practicum with K-12 student populations is a strong plus
- Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills
- Commitment to fostering growth and success in diverse school settings
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations for students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct therapy services to students in both individual and group settings
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to support student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in line with school and regulatory requirements
