Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Elk Grove, CA

Key Skills & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current or eligibility for California SLP licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Experience delivering SLP services in school settings preferred
• Strong communication skills—collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff
• Familiarity with IEP development, implementation, and documentation
• Ability to assess and treat a variety of speech, language, and communication disorders
• Excellent organization and time management skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and hearing screenings and evaluations
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on students’ needs and IEP goals
• Provide direct therapy services to students, both individually and in groups
• Consult and collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Document progress, maintain compliance with state and district guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional recommendations
• Maintain accurate, timely records and reports
