School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Elk River, Minnesota

This position runs from June 8th to June 25th, offering mornings Monday through Thursday, working with children from birth to age 5. What we’re seeking:

• Active SLP license in Minnesota (or eligibility)
• ASHA CCC-SLP or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
• Previous experience in a school or early childhood setting preferred
• Strong knowledge of early childhood speech and language development
• Comfortable performing assessments for ages birth–2, as needed
• Clear communicator, collaborative attitude, and strong organization skills

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging individual and group speech and language therapy sessions
• Conduct evaluations and assessments, particularly for children birth–2 when needed
• Develop and implement IEP/IFSP goals tailored to each child’s needs
• Monitor and document student progress, adapting approaches as necessary
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to maximize student growth
• Contribute to a positive, supportive environment for young learners
