Key Qualifications:

  • Active Speech Language Pathology license or eligibility for licensure in Minnesota
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status encouraged
  • Experience or strong interest in working within school-based settings
  • Comfort and flexibility in serving both middle and high school-aged students
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a caseload of approximately 55 students
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with students, staff, and families

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive speech-language services to a diverse student population from August 24, 2026, through June 4, 2027
  • Perform evaluations, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and deliver targeted speech-language interventions
  • Monitor student progress, document services, and adjust therapy plans appropriately
  • Collaborate closely with educators, special education staff, and families to support student success
  • Contribute positively to the school community by sharing expertise and engaging in team meetings as needed
