Key Qualifications:
- Active Speech Language Pathology license or eligibility for licensure in Minnesota
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status encouraged
- Experience or strong interest in working within school-based settings
- Comfort and flexibility in serving both middle and high school-aged students
- Demonstrated ability to manage a caseload of approximately 55 students
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with students, staff, and families
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech-language services to a diverse student population from August 24, 2026, through June 4, 2027
- Perform evaluations, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and deliver targeted speech-language interventions
- Monitor student progress, document services, and adjust therapy plans appropriately
- Collaborate closely with educators, special education staff, and families to support student success
- Contribute positively to the school community by sharing expertise and engaging in team meetings as needed
