Speech Language Pathologist in Elk River, MN

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Valid state licensure as an SLP or SLPA, or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• CCC preferred for SLPs, but strong Clinical Fellows and Assistants are welcome to apply
• Experience in school-based or healthcare settings
• Knowledge of, and comfort with, teletherapy delivery models
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with diverse populations
• Ability to develop and implement IEP goals and conduct comprehensive evaluations

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language therapy to students as indicated in Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Conduct assessments and re-evaluations to determine students’ needs for speech and language support
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families regarding student progress and strategies
• Maintain organized records and comply with documentation requirements for the school district
• Deliver teletherapy sessions as needed to ensure all students receive consistent services
