Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Elk River, MN

Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Associate’s/Bachelor’s for SLPA roles
• ASHA certification for SLP-CCC applicants or eligibility for CFY support
• Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain it
• Experience in school-based or pediatric SLP settings preferred, but open to candidates with healthcare backgrounds
• Proficiency with teletherapy platforms is a plus
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• A commitment to fostering student success in diverse learning environments

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy services to students with a range of needs
• Conduct assessments, develop IEPs, and maintain accurate documentation
• Provide engaging direct therapy—onsite or via teletherapy as needed
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
• Supervise and support SLPA staff, when applicable
