Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Valid state licensure as an SLP or SLPA, or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- CCC preferred for SLPs, but strong Clinical Fellows and Assistants are welcome to apply
- Experience in school-based or healthcare settings
- Knowledge of, and comfort with, teletherapy delivery models
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with diverse populations
- Ability to develop and implement IEP goals and conduct comprehensive evaluations
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy to students as indicated in Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Conduct assessments and re-evaluations to determine students’ needs for speech and language support
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families regarding student progress and strategies
- Maintain organized records and comply with documentation requirements for the school district
- Deliver teletherapy sessions as needed to ensure all students receive consistent services
