Make a difference in the lives of young learners by working as an Early Childhood Speech-Language Pathologist in a supportive educational setting. This contract opportunity focuses on working with children ages 3-5 in the ECSE program, providing impactful intervention from August 25, 2026, through June 10, 2027. You’ll enjoy a consistent Monday through Friday schedule, working 37.5 hours each week.
Desired Experience & Credentials:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license in the state of Minnesota (required)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Experience in a school-based, early childhood, or ECSE setting preferred
- Strong communication, observation, and organizational skills
- Ability to craft and implement individualized therapy plans
- Team-oriented attitude and flexibility
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy to early learners (ages 3-5), both individually and in groups
- Evaluate student needs, develop treatment goals, and document progress
- Collaborate with other educators, therapists, and families for comprehensive care
- Participate in IEP meetings and maintain all required documentation
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive atmosphere for early learners
