Key Qualifications:
- Current and valid Minnesota Speech-Language Pathologist license (required)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Previous experience serving as an SLP in schools, particularly with early childhood or preschool populations
- Familiarity with early childhood special education (ECSE) caseloads
- Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration abilities
- Ability to provide professional references and up-to-date resume
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language services to a caseload of children ages 3-5 in an early childhood setting
- Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other specialists to develop and implement individualized service plans
- Conduct screenings and assessments to identify needs and measure student progress
- Contribute to IEP team meetings with actionable insights and recommendations
- Maintain accurate student records and comply with district and state guidelines
- Communicate progress and strategies for support to families and staff
