Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Elk River, Minnesota

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active or eligible state licensure for SLP in Minnesota
• Experience in school-based settings or working with pediatric populations preferred
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility to obtain
• Applicants in their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) are welcome
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Responsibilities Include:

• Conducting assessments and providing direct speech-language therapy for students in accordance with IEPs
• Developing individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s unique needs
• Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student progress
• Maintaining accurate documentation and progress reports
• Participating in IEP meetings and contributing to the multidisciplinary team
