Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active or eligible state licensure for SLP in Minnesota
- Experience in school-based settings or working with pediatric populations preferred
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility to obtain
- Applicants in their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) are welcome
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Responsibilities Include:
- Conducting assessments and providing direct speech-language therapy for students in accordance with IEPs
- Developing individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s unique needs
- Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student progress
- Maintaining accurate documentation and progress reports
- Participating in IEP meetings and contributing to the multidisciplinary team
