School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Elk River, Minnesota

Step into a meaningful contract opportunity as an Early Childhood SLP serving young learners in a supportive school environment near Blaine, MN. Work a consistent daytime schedule, Monday through Friday, with 37.5 hours per week dedicated to serving children ages 3 to 5 within an ECSE caseload.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Active Minnesota SLP license (required for consideration)
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent
• Previous experience in a school-based setting, especially with early childhood/ECSE caseloads, preferred
• Strong communication and collaborative skills
• Ability to develop and implement IEPs, conduct assessments, and provide evidence-based therapy

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language services for early childhood special education students ages 3-5
• Conduct assessments, evaluations, and progress monitoring
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
• Offer parent and staff consultations, provide classroom strategies, and support student success
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to district and state policies
