School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Elk River, Minnesota

You’ll work closely with students, educators, and families to deliver impactful services throughout the academic year, beginning in late August and continuing through early June.

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and active MN SLP license (required—please include with your application)
• Open to both experienced SLPs and Clinical Fellows (CFs)
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or clinical fellowship eligibility preferred
• Strong communication skills, collaborative mindset, and organizational abilities
• Passion for supporting students with diverse speech and language needs in a school environment

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide direct therapy and intervention to a varied K-12 caseload in accordance with IEP goals
• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation and progress reports
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
• Develop tailored treatment plans to help students achieve their communication goals
