We are hiring multiple Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join a supportive school district in the Elk River area for the 2026–2027 school year. This is a full-time opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working with a collaborative educational team.

Position Details

  • Start Date: August 24, 2026

  • End Date: June 4, 2027

  • Schedule: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week

  • Openings: Multiple

  • Caseload: Approximately 55 students

  • Student Population: Flexible placement based on experience, with a preference for candidates who are comfortable working with middle school or high school students.

Responsibilities

  • Provide speech-language evaluations, assessments, and therapy services.

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs.

  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success.

  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with school and state requirements.

  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.

  • Active or eligible state Speech-Language Pathologist license.

  • School-based experience is preferred but not required.

  • Clinical Fellows (CFs) are encouraged to apply.

  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.

Compensation for this position ranges from $38.72 to $58.72. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
