We are hiring multiple Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join a supportive school district in the Elk River area for the 2026–2027 school year. This is a full-time opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working with a collaborative educational team.
Position Details
Start Date: August 24, 2026
End Date: June 4, 2027
Schedule: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
Openings: Multiple
Caseload: Approximately 55 students
Student Population: Flexible placement based on experience, with a preference for candidates who are comfortable working with middle school or high school students.
Responsibilities
Provide speech-language evaluations, assessments, and therapy services.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success.
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with school and state requirements.
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning.
Qualifications
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
Active or eligible state Speech-Language Pathologist license.
School-based experience is preferred but not required.
Clinical Fellows (CFs) are encouraged to apply.
Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.

Compensation for this position ranges from $38.72 to $58.72. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
