School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Opportunity – Elk River, MN Area
Soliant is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a school-based opportunity in the Elk River, Minnesota area. This is a great opportunity for an SLP who is passionate about helping students improve their communication skills and supporting their academic success.
Position Overview:
• Provide speech and language therapy services to students in a school-based setting
• Complete evaluations, assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in accordance with school and state guidelines
• Support students across various grade levels, with a primary focus on middle school and high school populations
Qualifications:
• Active Speech-Language Pathologist license or eligibility in the state of Minnesota
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
• ASHA Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
• Clinical Fellows (CFYs) are encouraged to apply
• Previous pediatric or school-based experience preferred, but not required
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Position Details:
• Multiple openings available
• Start Date: August 24, 2026
• End Date: June 4, 2027
• Full-time schedule: 37.5 hours per week
• Caseload: Approximately 55 students
• Grade levels: Flexible, with a preference for candidates comfortable working with middle school and high school students

Compensation for this position ranges from $38.72 to $58.72. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
