Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Current SLP license required for the state of Indiana (or eligibility to obtain)
• Previous experience with school-aged children, ideally across K-12
• Familiarity with developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Strong organizational, collaboration, and communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech and language therapy to students in individual and group settings
• Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for speech, language, and communication disorders
• Create and update IEPs, collaborating closely with educators, families, and support staff
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and required reports
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional insights to benefit student achievement
• Employ a variety of evidence-based intervention techniques to meet diverse needs
