School Speech Language Pathologist - Elkhart, Indiana

Required Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Active SLP license for Indiana (or eligibility to obtain prior to the start date)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong CF candidates considered
• Previous experience working with K-12 students in schools or pediatric therapy settings ideal
• Knowledge of IEP process, assessment tools, and progress documentation
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech-language therapy to a diverse K-12 caseload, addressing receptive, expressive, and pragmatic language needs
• Conduct evaluations, develop goals, and implement individualized intervention plans
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
• Maintain timely, compliant documentation for assessments, therapy sessions, and reporting
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to help shape the best learning environments for each student
