Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active Indiana SLP license (or eligibility to obtain before start date)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but CFY candidates are welcome to apply
  • Experience delivering SLP services to school-age children, including assessments, direct therapy, and consultation with staff
  • Familiarity with IEP development, documentation, and progress monitoring
  • Strong interpersonal abilities for collaboration with educators, staff, and families

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech-language screenings and comprehensive evaluations for K-12 students
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's needs
  • Attend and contribute to IEP meetings, maintaining timely and compliant documentation
  • Provide direct and consultative speech therapy services in both group and individual settings
  • Collaborate with classroom teachers, special educators, and families to support student goals and foster communication skills
  • Utilize evidence-based interventions and measure student progress regularly
