Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality speech-language therapy services to students across elementary and middle/high school campuses.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, including initial evaluations and re-evaluations, to determine students’ speech and language needs.
- Prepare detailed evaluation reports and maintain documentation aligned with compliance and best practice standards.
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), setting measurable goals tailored to each student.
- Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families, participating in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions.
- Provide direct and consultative therapy and support to students, adapting interventions to diverse learning environments.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Current and active Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license required.
- Previous experience in school-based settings or with pediatric populations is highly valued.
- Strong ability to conduct assessments and produce comprehensive reports.
