Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active state license as an SLP
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows considered
  • Experience in school-based or pediatric settings highly desired
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration abilities
  • Proficiency in IEP development and implementation

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech, language, voice, and fluency assessments
  • Develop, implement, and revise Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
  • Deliver therapy to students individually and in groups, targeting speech and language goals
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to foster student progress
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation and progress reports
  • Participate in case conferences and IEP meetings as required
