We’re seeking skilled Speech-Language Pathologists to fill several contract positions for the upcoming academic year. With multiple openings available near Elkhorn, NE, you’ll find an environment where your preferences for caseload and age group are valued and considered, ensuring a rewarding and balanced experience.

Position Summary:
Work with a diverse student population (caseloads approximately 50 students) providing speech-language therapy services throughout the academic year, from August 20, 2026, to May 27, 2027. Hours range from 37.5 to 40 per week, allowing you to dedicate focused time with students while enjoying a structured schedule.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFY SLPs are encouraged to apply
  • Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred, but not required
  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide direct therapy to students in accordance with IEP goals
  • Consult with teachers, families, and support staff to facilitate student progress
  • Maintain thorough records, documentation, and progress reports
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
  • Adapt therapy based on student response and educational needs
  • Foster a positive, inclusive environment that supports varying student abilities
