Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (or Communication Disorders)

- Strong background supporting elementary-aged students
- Experience with school-based caseloads and IEP processes

- Ability to engage with diverse learners and adapt strategies to meet individual needs
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services to elementary students per their IEPs
- Screen, evaluate, and diagnose communication disorders
- Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to promote effective interventions
- Develop individualized treatment plans and maintain detailed documentation
- Conduct progress monitoring and adjust therapy approaches as needed
- Offer consultation, resources, and training as required to support classroom strategies
