School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Elkhorn, Wisconsin

This role offers the chance to work on a well-defined caseload from February 12th to April 5th, with a schedule of approximately 32 hours per week. You'll be making a meaningful difference for around 30 students, ranging from 4K to 8th grade, focusing on articulation/phonology, as well as broader language development.

Desired Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Prior experience providing speech services in a school setting, particularly with 4K-8th grade students
• Strong skills in managing a diverse caseload with varying articulation, phonology, and language needs
• Demonstrated ability as a self-starter; independently motivated
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills for working with staff, families, and students

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized and group speech-language therapy tailored to students’ needs
• Document progress and maintain accurate records in accordance with school guidelines
• Provide supervision and support for students as they arrive in the morning
• Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and families to support student goals
• Participate in meetings and contribute to Individualized Education Program (IEP) planning
