Ideal Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidate
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility)
- Previous experience working with pediatric populations, especially in a school setting
- Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and compliance requirements
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Ability to develop individualized education programs (IEPs) and maintain detailed documentation
- Reliable, self-motivated, and adaptable to changing needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out comprehensive speech/language assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to student needs
- Provide direct services to students with a range of communication disorders, both onsite and via teletherapy platforms
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including teachers, administrators, and families, to support student progress
- Monitor, document, and report on student performance, ensuring all regulatory guidelines and IEP goals are met
- Offer guidance and support to educators and families on strategies for enhancing speech and language development
- Participate in IEP meetings and professional development activities as required
