Ideal Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidate
  • Valid state licensure (or eligibility)
  • Previous experience working with pediatric populations, especially in a school setting
  • Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and compliance requirements
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Ability to develop individualized education programs (IEPs) and maintain detailed documentation
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and adaptable to changing needs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out comprehensive speech/language assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to student needs
  • Provide direct services to students with a range of communication disorders, both onsite and via teletherapy platforms
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including teachers, administrators, and families, to support student progress
  • Monitor, document, and report on student performance, ensuring all regulatory guidelines and IEP goals are met
  • Offer guidance and support to educators and families on strategies for enhancing speech and language development
  • Participate in IEP meetings and professional development activities as required
