Desired qualifications and experience:

• Current SLP or SLPA certification and license (Indiana)
• Previous experience in school-based or pediatric SLP/SLPA roles
• Comfortable with on-site, virtual (teletherapy), or hybrid service models
• SLP Clinical Fellows (CFY) and experienced professionals encouraged to apply
• Strong organizational skills for documentation and case management
• Ability to build rapport with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Passion for facilitating student growth and communication outcomes

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering speech and language therapy to students, tailored to individual IEP goals
• Conducting assessments for eligibility and ongoing needs
• Collaborating with educators, support staff, and families to optimize student progress
• Maintaining accurate records and contributing to IEP meetings as needed
• Supporting a range of mild to moderate caseloads from pre-K through middle school
• Monitoring student progress and adjusting interventions as appropriate
