With multiple elementary, middle, and high school vacancies, there is flexibility to tailor your assignment and potentially combine sites for a full-time schedule.

Ideal candidates bring expertise in speech-language pathology within educational settings and hold strong interpersonal and communication skills. You will collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to foster student growth and learning.

What You'll Need:

  • Active Maryland SLP license (or eligibility)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong Clinical Fellows (CFYs) will also be considered
  • School-based SLP experience is valued
  • Experience with IEPs, goal writing, and data collection in K-12 environments
  • Commitment to onsite services

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide speech and language evaluations and direct therapy to students in both group and individual settings
  • Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with teaching staff and parents to support student success
  • Maintain accurate records, session notes, and progress data according to state and district regulations
  • Participate in eligibility and IEP meetings as required
  • Promote positive and inclusive learning environments
