Your professional background will set you up for success:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Experience providing speech and language services in school settings
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
• Knowledge of IEPs and a commitment to following educational best practices

In this role, you will:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in a school environment
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to support student progress
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists to ensure cohesive support for students
• Monitor and document student progress, maintaining thorough records
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational interventions
• Provide education and resources to staff and families
