Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Ellicott City, MD

This contract opportunity offers immediate openings in both high school and elementary environments, with the flexibility to combine locations into a full-time schedule. You'll work within a supportive educational community, delivering vital services to help students reach their communication goals.

What we’re looking for:

• Active MD Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, strong Clinical Fellows (CFYs) considered
• Experience delivering SLP services in school settings
• Ability to adapt and split time between multiple campuses if needed
• Excellent communication, documentation, and teamwork skills
• Must be able to work onsite

Key responsibilities:

• Provide assessments and develop individualized therapy plans for students with speech and language needs
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support each child’s educational journey
• Deliver direct therapy services and monitor progress toward IEP goals
• Maintain required documentation and participate in meetings as necessary
• Serve both short-term and longer-term needs, with assignments set to continue through June 2027
• Flex your schedule between Wilde Lake High School, Forest Ridge Elementary, and Hammond Middle School, with the possibility of converting to a consistent full-time placement at one location
