Qualifications:

• Valid Maryland SLP License
• Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Prior experience in school-based settings is a plus
• AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) experience preferred for some roles
• Ability to adapt to diverse caseloads and school environments
• Availability to work onsite 37.5 hours/week

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive speech and language services to students (ranging from early childhood to K–5)
• Conduct screenings, assessments, and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Offer direct therapy, consultation, and support in both general education and specialized settings
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
• Navigate assignments at one or more schools as needed
