Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply
  • State licensure in Speech-Language Pathology (or eligibility)
  • Experience working in pediatric or school-based settings strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with IEP development and implementation
  • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with educators, families, and students

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders for students
  • Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and participate in eligibility/annual meetings
  • Deliver engaging therapy sessions tailored to each student’s needs in both group and individual settings
  • Work closely with teachers, parents, and school staff to support students’ communication development
  • Document progress, maintain accurate records, and prepare required reports in a timely manner
  • Offer consultative support, resources, and in-service training to school personnel as needed
