Your commitment and passion will help students from early childhood through 12th grade reach important communication milestones, with a current emphasis on early childhood and elementary students.

Enjoy a balanced weekly schedule of 35 hours, working Tuesday through Friday, maximizing your long weekends and minimizing burnout. You'll have the ability to shape a supportive therapy environment while collaborating closely with families, educators, and staff.

Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communicative Disorders
  • Eligibility for SLP or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY); new graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Missouri SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Experience or coursework in school settings preferred
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech, language, and communication therapy for a caseload of approximately 50 students
  • Conduct assessments, develop and implement IEPs, and deliver individualized and group therapy sessions
  • Work closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support academic and social success
  • Maintain thorough case documentation and participate in IEP meetings
  • Offer mentorship and support to fellow professionals, when appropriate
