Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communicative Disorders
- Eligibility for SLP or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY); new graduates are encouraged to apply
- Missouri SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Experience or coursework in school settings preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide speech, language, and communication therapy for a caseload of approximately 50 students
- Conduct assessments, develop and implement IEPs, and deliver individualized and group therapy sessions
- Work closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support academic and social success
- Maintain thorough case documentation and participate in IEP meetings
- Offer mentorship and support to fellow professionals, when appropriate
