An experienced Speech-Language Pathologist is needed for an Extended School Year (ESY) program beginning July 8th. This is a contract position with a consistent schedule every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, providing essential support to students in a school-based, onsite setting.

Ideal candidates will bring a passion for helping students develop their communication skills, collaborating with school staff, and making a difference during the ESY session. Qualifications:

  • Valid state licensure and certification as an SLP (Speech-Language Pathologist)
  • SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY credential required
  • Previous experience in a school setting strongly preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to effectively assess, plan, and implement individualized therapy plans
  • Commitment to fostering student progress and a positive learning environment

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations and provide direct therapy services to students as outlined in their IEPs
  • Collect data, monitor student progress, and adjust therapy plans as needed
  • Work collaboratively with teachers, administrators, and family members
  • Complete required documentation and reports in a timely manner
  • Participate in meetings and communicate progress and outcomes to the educational team
