Essential Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, though strong Clinical Fellows (CFs) will be considered
  • Experience working with school-age children is a plus
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Comfortable with both individual and group therapy sessions
  • Strong documentation and organizational abilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students
  • Deliver engaging direct therapy services to students based on IEP goals
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
  • Maintain accurate records and progress notes in compliance with school and district requirements
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students
