Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active SLP state license (or eligibility to obtain)
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Previous experience in a school setting is a plus
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) aligned with student needs
  • Provide direct therapeutic services, both individual and group-based, in accordance with IEP goals
  • Collaborate closely with educators, parents, administrators, and other related service providers
  • Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of assessments, progress, and services rendered
  • Take part in IEP meetings and contribute recommendations for student support
  • Stay updated with best practices and continuing education within the speech-language pathology field
