Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Elma, WA | PreK–2nd Grade

Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, school-based opportunity in Elma, Washington. This position will serve a PreK–2nd grade population, including students within the district’s high-needs program.

Position Details:

- Full-time
- 37.5 hours per week
- Approximately 80 students total
- PreK–2nd grade population
- Includes students in the district’s high-needs program
- School-based setting

Responsibilities:

- Provide speech and language therapy services in accordance with students’ IEPs.
- Support PreK–2nd grade students with a variety of speech, language, and communication needs.
- Provide services to students within the district’s high-needs program.
- Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments as needed.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized IEP goals.
- Collect and document student progress data and maintain accurate service records.
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, families, related service providers, and other school staff.
- Develop appropriate strategies and interventions to support student communication and classroom participation.

Qualifications:

- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Active or eligible Washington SLP licensure and required school-based credentialing
- School-based or pediatric experience preferred
- Experience with early childhood and elementary-aged students preferred
- Experience supporting students with higher or more complex needs is a plus
Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
