Secondary School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Elma, WA | 2026–2027 School Year
A supportive school district in Elma, WA is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the 2026–2027 school year. The director is actively reviewing resumes and scheduling interviews—apply now for immediate consideration.
Position Details:
- Middle & high school caseload (grades 6–12)
- Caseload: ~70–80 students
- Schedule: 37.5 hours per week
- Start Date: September 2, 2026 (with required August start-of-year meetings)
- End Date: Mid-June 2027
Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations, assessments, and diagnoses of speech and language disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapy for communication, articulation, language, and social skills
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
Qualifications:
- Washington SLP license (or ability to obtain)
- School or pediatric experience preferred, not required
Employment Type: Full-time, contract
