Qualifications & Preferred Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Experience providing speech and language services in school settings
- Bilingual in English/Spanish highly preferred
- Ability to supervise Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals
- Oversee and mentor SLPAs in daily activities and interventions
- Manage a diverse student caseload with varying needs
- Conduct assessments, create evaluation reports, and participate in ARD meetings
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain detailed records and comply with all local, state, and federal requirements
