Make a difference in the lives of students by providing dedicated speech-language therapy services for the upcoming school year. This contract opportunity near Elon, NC runs from August 18, 2026, through June 10, 2027, and offers a rewarding full-time schedule of 37.5 hours each week, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications:

  • Current North Carolina Speech-Language Pathologist license required
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Previous experience in a school-based setting is highly desirable
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Ability to adapt to diverse caseloads and work effectively in a team environment
  • Commitment to onsite support, with potential for virtual/remote options as needed

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech-language therapy to K-12 students in accordance with IEPs
  • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and special education teams to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate records and timely documentation
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to individualized plans
  • Adjust therapeutic approaches based on student needs and progress reports
