Speech Language Pathologist in Eloy, AZ

Bring your passion for supporting young learners as a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist working with K-8 students for the upcoming academic year! This contract position starts July 21, 2026, and runs through May 21, 2027, with a stable schedule of 40 hours per week. Partner with a dedicated SLPA for added collaboration and support, making a tangible impact in school settings.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Active state licensure as an SLP (or eligibility for Arizona licensure)
• CCC-SLP certification or in-progress/eligible for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Previous experience in a school-based setting is a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills to connect with students, staff, and families
• Organizational expertise and adaptability to meet diverse student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide diagnostic and therapeutic speech/language services to K-8 students
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, administration, and families for effective student support
• Supervise and mentor the supporting SLPA, ensuring best practices
• Document progress in compliance with district and state guidelines
• Conduct group and individual therapy sessions, addressing a variety of communication needs
