Desired qualifications and experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active California Speech-Language Pathology license (or eligibility for licensure)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year candidates considered
- Experience with early childhood or preschool-aged learners preferred
- Strong assessment, documentation, and intervention skills
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and families
- Organizational skills and flexibility to manage a part-time schedule
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Conducting speech, language, and communication assessments for preschoolers, as well as private and nonpublic school students
- Delivering direct services in both individual and small group settings
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
- Collaborating with teachers, caregivers, and other service providers to ensure optimal support
- Maintaining accurate records and progress reports
- Participating in IEP meetings as needed
